XML and Flash
In my travels I have heard of the glorious power XML commands. XHTML, XJAX, XAML, RSS, and the list goes on. But I only really care about XML with Flash and getting at my content as fast as possible while being able to traverse it rapidly. So here are a few good links to help speed things up:

XML2Object
One method of parsing XML is to convert all nodes and values into properties of an object. Anything with a single entry becomes a property, and any node with multiple nodes becomes an array.

idMap
An undocumented feature of Flash 8 (XML.idMap property). Currently you must use Array notation in your AS2.0 classes to avoid compiler errors - much like setTimeOut.

XPath
A great way to search XML with the use of Expressions. Flash does include limited XPath functionality.
