Microsoft Rechargeable Backlit Keyboard
Finally a project I worked on launches! Introducing the first-ever rechargeable backlit keyboard entitled Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000.
The picture is from an old Flash demo I made circa 2005 as an user interaction/experience prototyper. For this particular project I worked with the backlighting scenarios. There is obvious image distortion considering I made this view from a top-down ID comp merged with a solid 3D rendering and scripted the interactions in Flash - but whatever.

I have to say, I may have had a hand in getting the gadgets key on the keyboard. The demo I had put together for user testing gave users a very viable scenario. The results showed that specific key in the top rankings of all desirable keys for the keyboard.
